IEEE-SA is working hard to get the word out about standards! Take a look at couple of activities of IEEE-SA Regional Coordinator, Jeffry Handal, has participated in the past few months!
At the April Region 5 Meeting and Student Competitions held in Tulsa, OK, Jeffry made a presentation spreading the word of Standards and discussing many ways to get involved. He also spoke about the many grants available from the SEC.
Jeffry also participated in the USA Science & Engineering Festival held in Washington, D.C., where there was a booth focused on helping students and the general public understand standards and the impact they have on everyday life.
